payment must be in advance by following ways :

- I.M.O. (not from american continent)  to Mauro Casagrande
- cheque to Mauro Casagrande (adding 5 Euro to cover bank fees)
- bank-transfer
- cash at your own risk
- paypal (adding 5% to cover paypal fees)
- western union

pagamento in contrassegno o anticipato nelle seguenti forme:

- versamento su c/c postale  (aggiungendo 1 € per le spese)
- ricarica carta postepay
- vaglia postale
- contanti
- paypal (aggiungendo il 5% per  coprire le spese del servizio)

Costumer’s details and address will be saved and protected in our archive, and they won’t be shared…in according to privacy laws.

We pack any record in best way to avoid damages during the transport, ‘cause we are record collectors  and we know that a costumer want to get the stuff he ordered in the best way and in perfect shape.
If a costumer is not satisfied of his purchase, he can contact us within 7 days from when he get his order, and we’ll try to solve any kind of problem.
From 1999   we never had a damaged shipment, as you can also verify on "discogs" feedbacks.
